Okay, I'm assuming the LoudTwitter thing is a method to post to multiple blogs? Because otherwise LJ DOES have the feature where you can post to your LJ.

maybe I'm just not up on this new-fangled technological bruhaha ;)

  LoudTwitter ships my Twitter updates to LJ once every 24 hours. Twitter also plugs into Facebook, and Facebook is used relatively heavily by people around me. I suppose I could update LJ here and there; the occasional text message to a posted-eight-billion-places central location is more in line with what my microscopic attention span will allow. Introspection and me just don't roll together that well lately, and if I were to put up daily life stuff, it'd be a pile of "hi I worked and I played video games and I played guitar and piano some and maybe I, uh, spent some time with my wife".
  
  So yeah. There's a comment that's longer than most of anything I've put up on LJ in quite a while.
